Our services

At Cattaneo Verniciature, we provide advanced facilities and equipment for coating, sandblasting, and TSA treatments, ensuring complete process control, operational versatility, and compliance with the most stringent environmental and project specifications.
Painting
Our facilities include 7 climate-controlled painting booths, with continuous monitoring of environmental conditions to ensure optimal coating quality and consistent results.
All booths are equipped with advanced ventilation systems and dedicated extraction units featuring high-efficiency filtration systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental and legal requirements.
Thanks to our extensive hands-on experience, we are able to apply a wide range of coating systems, from traditional solutions such as zinc-rich, epoxy, polyurethane and epoxy-phenolic coatings to the most advanced formulations available on the market: these include ATEX-compliant coatings, food-contact coatings, isocyanate-free and silicone-based systems, inorganic copolymers, glass flake coatings, as well as any other solution required to meet our customers’ specific needs.
Our long-standing collaboration with the world’s leading paint and coating manufacturers, combined with the decades of experience of our skilled workforce, ensures that we remain constantly up to date with the latest technologies. It also provides us with ongoing technical support and the expertise required to minimize the risk of error at every stage of the process.
Sandblasting
The secret to long-lasting protection? Proper surface preparation.
In the field of anti-corrosion protection, surface preparation is the most critical stage of the process: more than 70% of coating failures are directly attributable to errors or inadequate preparation at this stage.
At Cattaneo Verniciature, we have structured our entire production process to minimize risks and ensure outstanding, long-lasting results. To meet a wide range of technical requirements, we operate a state-of-the-art range of equipment, including:
- 3 automated shot-blasting machines using metallic abrasives;
- 3 automated blasting machines using mineral abrasives;
- 2 manual corundum blasting booths.
This technological versatility enables us to handle a wide range of components, from the smallest parts to heavy industrial structures weighing up to 12 tonnes. Our capabilities are further enhanced by a large manual blasting booth measuring 7 × 4 × 4 metres.

TSA - Thermal Spray Application
In addition to liquid coating applications, Cattaneo Verniciature has established a specialized department dedicated to TSA (Thermal Spray Application), an increasingly sought-after coating technology that delivers outstanding performance in the Oil & Gas and industrial corrosion protection sectors.
We operate state-of-the-art equipment for the application of Aluminium, Zinc and their alloys, using both flame spray and electric arc spray processes.
The Technological Advantages of TSA
- High-Temperature Resistance: the deposition of a highly adherent metallic coating provides exceptional thermal resistance, up to the melting point of aluminium (approximately 660 °C). These are extreme conditions in which virtually all standard paint coatings would fail.
- Superior Corrosion Protection: the metallic coating creates a highly effective barrier, providing long-lasting protection even in the most aggressive chemical and marine environments.
- High Mechanical Resistance: the exceptional hardness and durability of the coating make TSA an ideal solution for components exposed to heavy impact, abrasion, wear, or potential damage during handling and transportation
